Renovation Projects

My restoration work has ranged from small kitchen installations to designing and contracting whole-house gut renovations, from the 18th century through the 21st, and with budgets from very small to abundant. These are a few of the places I’ve brought from the brink to their best in recent years. If you are buying, selling, renovating a house you already own, or just have some questions while your dreams take shape, give me a call, I’m always happy to talk.

Town House, 1850

Gut renovation of historic three-unit apartment building in the heart of a Colonial tourist town, peeling back decades of neglect to highlight its historic details and create safe, efficient, quiet, luxurious flats.

River House, 1780

Total restoration of a worn and structurally unsound historic 18th century house along the Delaware River into a beautiful, light-filled treasure of an antique home, now ready for its next 200 years of life.

Tree House, 1969

Reviving an awkward, dark, environmentally catastrophic 1969 rancher slated for demolition into a spacious, energy efficient, light-filled, kid-proof home with dedicated workspaces for a creative family.
